Description

Always Suspect is a Flash animation that illustrates the dangers of criminal surveillance systems using facial recognition systems, which often inaccurately identify people as suspects. The artist is specifically responding to the installation of such a system in the Ybor City district by the Tampa Police Department in 2001.
