1.1 Acre Flat Screen is a 45-minute video about a year-long effort to improve a lot of 1.1 acres of desert land in Utah, which the artists purchased on eBay. They began by physically locating the remote tract using satellite images and a compass, then planned to improve its value by creating an artist residency program and building a train stop. Finally, they sold the land in a public auction as "a piece of dirt" for a 10% profit.
