J'eux is both a matrix and an interface project. It is constructed on the "des frags" basis then rebuilt on the network context. J'eux re-generate the portrait of a child with the help of - a data base which founds its roots in image search engines with the key word "portrait". - a collection of links of image files from anonymous people. The notion of ephemeral is played by the links which have a variable life and are archived in the global matrix, only memory of anonymous portraits that are bound to desappear on a 404-403 error.
