To walk down a street and feel fear of fellow humans can drain your soul. Especially when the reason you are afraid is no fault of your own, but the fault of chance and geography. How can a person feel so much hatred towards me when they do not know me? The confusion and frustration of not knowing why I am targetted is as bad as the pain caused by the blows rendered on my body. I will find a safe haven in art from which I will try to understand why this is happening.
